Buddy up!

What can make your Zumba experience even better?  Doing it with a friend! 

Neighbors, sisters, mothers and daughters, co-workers, mommy friends, husbands and wives (really!)….   A workout partner can be found all sorts of places!  Share fitness goals, share a ride, share a laugh (‘uh… she wants us to do what?!’).  There’s no questioning that when you have a little accountability, you’re more likely to make the effort to exercise.  And what a healthy way to nurture a relationship!  See you both in class!
